Go to MultiMFA SMS, choose a number, choose a license or trial, add relay users, then use that number for MFA.

After you log in, click MultiMFA SMS in the dashboard sidebar. You can also start from Share MFA Codes and choose MultiMFA Number (SMS).
Choose Your Number
Click Purchase SMS number and pick a dedicated phone number for MFA texts.
Choose a License or Trial and Pay
Select a free trial or a paid SMS plan, then complete checkout for your new MultiMFA SMS number.
Add Relay Users to your new MultiMFA SMS number
Stay on MultiMFA SMS and add the people who should receive forwarded codes from that number.
Use your MultiMFA SMS Number for your account’s MFA
Register that number as the 2FA/SMS phone number on your accounts. All of your relay users will receive the codes.

Yes. MultiMFA offers a 14-day free trial for both SMS (25 texts or 14 days, whichever comes first, with up to 2 relay users) and TOTP (2 viewers, 14 days) with no credit card required. You can try shared MFA for teams or families risk-free before upgrading to a paid plan. MultiMFA SMS (Cell) is coming soon and has no free trial planned.
